About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager to drive cross-functional procurement programs that improve cost, availability, and supplier performance across our fast-moving assortment. You will own the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic initiatives such as vendor onboarding, margin improvement, fill-rate improvement, and procurement process automation. The goal is to keep dark stores and warehouses well stocked at the right cost in a high-velocity, low-margin business.

Key Responsibilities
Program Ownership
  • Plan and run procurement programs end to end, from scoping and milestones to delivery and post-launch review.
  • Maintain program roadmaps, risk logs, and dependency trackers across Category, Supply Chain, Finance, Tech, and Operations.
  • Run weekly and monthly business reviews and give leadership clear updates on progress and blockers.
Supplier & Category Programs
  • Lead vendor onboarding, consolidation, and development programs.
  • Drive cost-saving and margin initiatives such as rate contracts, trade terms, scheme and promo funding, and direct-from-brand sourcing.
  • Track supplier performance (fill rate, OTIF, lead time, rejection and return rates) and run corrective action plans.
Process, Tech & Automation
  • Define requirements and work with product and tech teams on procurement tools (PO automation, vendor portals, SRM, ERP integrations).
  • Standardize SOPs for PO creation, GRN, invoice reconciliation, and payment cycles.
  • Reduce procurement cycle time and manual effort through process redesign.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Build dashboards and track KPIs: procurement savings, PO fill rate, OTIF, vendor TAT, DOH, and landed cost.
  • Use data to find gaps, size opportunities, and make the business case for initiatives.
Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies, vendor compliance (FSSAI, GST, quality norms), and audit requirements.
  • Support contract management, payment terms, and dispute resolution with vendors.
Qualifications
  • 4–8 years of experience in procurement, category management, supply chain, or program management, ideally in e-commerce, quick commerce, retail, or FMCG.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute preferred.
  • Proven record of delivering cross-functional programs with measurable cost or availability impact.
